Lemkivshchyna On Fire

This historical novel is written based on the memoires and chronicles of UPA soldiers “Khrin” and “Ostroverkh.” The author Maria Ostromyra transfers the heroic feats of the soldiers and leaders of UPA into a narrative form. She wrote in the preface: “My desire was to present in a real light the actions of the UPA, while enemies tried to present them in a distorted mirror.”
